  1. Luke mentioned in that video not only systemd - PulseAudio too. He forgot that PulseAudio have problems, It's not perfect. Especially when used in lowlatency mode and realtime with JACK2 - stupidily high CPU usage. I don't mind systemd at all - I'm okay with it if it not gets in my way of using my laptop for what I need. About systemd - some people was upset when systemd team wanted to patch linux kernel when linux didn't wanted to boot because there was a problem with systemd, not linux kernel.

  2.  @DistroTube  Yeah, for typical media consumption Pulse don't have alternatives. Maybe PipeWire in the future. But for media creation - JACK2 + ALSA can't be beaten.
