As an automotive test engineer this looks for me as screw-you from Ford by designing wiring in this way (not splitting sensors from cricital systems by devices like gateways), but not entirely - since those systems are currently deeply interconnected for ADAS functions and stuff. It's like half-split.

  2. Currently now you can find matrix LED lights. They also bring pluses, not only minuses :)
