  1. For 'serious' licenses, I'd push more towards GPLv3/AGPLv3 to temper, at least a little, few stealers in corporate world. If not, using joke-type of license, like beer-ware, is totally fine IMHO. Shows that people are not always with big sticks in their backs when doing what they like to do ;)
