  2.  @jdowns051  that’s really interesting. I wonder how that compares to other sectors. For instance, teachers beget teachers, doctors beget doctors etc…of course the attrition is extremely different, and the consequences much more severe at the most dire times, but it raises a lot of questions for me. Thanks for sharing, and good luck with the study.
