  1. The solution lies in social acceptance of people, as they are. If someone is of one sexuality, but acts of prefers the other gender, we should all just accept them, not judge or criticise them. It is an appalling condemnation of our “modern” civilised(?) society that anyone feels a need to physically mutate themselves in order to be accepted. As Sabine says, there is no “normal”.
