Let’s stop wasting billions on HS2, unusable nuclear weapons, refurbishing the Houses of Parliament which are completely inappropriate for a serious 21st century government, aircraft carriers without aircraft, weapons to continue the pointless war in Ukraine (How about talking instead of allowing even more Ukrainians to die?) and any other vanity project. Then even Rachel won’t be able to claim the purse is empty. (Or should I refer to the handbag, as Rachel is reading from Maggie’s handbook.)
