  1. Erdogan's great crime is to dare to challenge western debt based monetary system, which requires interest and inflation in order to survive. The Washington elite will continue to do everything they can to undermine him. The debit based monetary system is at the root of the now decaying neoliberal economy system. I don't like his dictatorial leadership, but I applaud his courageous economics. Unfortunately the ordinary people are (as ever) the ones to take the pain of this transition. If he succeeds, they, the poor, will be the inheritors of great prosperity.
