As long as decisions on planning, material and maintenance affecting Grenfell and similar local authority buildings are made by committees in which individual votes are not recorded, nothing will change. The committee meetings must be accurately recoded and indicated votes recorded (as in Hansard). Only then can individual members of these committees be held to account, and where appropriate, charged with criminal negligence or similar offences.

@MrMcCawber In which case, ALL the members who voted for that substandard cladding, amd delayed the essential repairs, shoud be held INDIVIDUALLY accountable in law.
