  3. This bill is an attempt to abolish democracy in this country. If parliament, in which the representatives of the citizens are supposed to govern the country, enact or reject laws, is bypassed, it has no function, there is no DEMOcracy, the people have no say. This bill is a direct statement of dictatorship. If passed, the UK will be a dictatorship, like Russia, where “Democracy” is simply a pretence.
