  1. As a user of railways, I find the inability to speak to a human being and get straight forward answers to occasional problems is immensely frustrating. We need HUMAN interaction. We, the travelling public, aren’t robots, cyborgs, parcels that can be just parked until some problem is resolved. “Their motivation is to make the business run better.” See above!

  2. Privatisation is about Profit. Why else would anyone invest in it? My experience in business is that if you look after your employees, they will look after your business.
