The American empire with its endless wars of aggression around the world, whether it's a direct military invasion or through proxy n hybrid wars has resulted in so much destruction, death n sorrow that after its decline no country will be allowed to emerge as the next empire even if it wants. It's just too expensive n troublesome to maintain a huge empire as one need to have the ability to print infinite amounts of money which is no longer possible in this fast emerging multipolar world which China has help created as is already part of. So this American empire which is the most violent in recorded history is the last empire in the world.
