The reason the US is obsessed with overthrowing the president of Venezuela is the same as what they did to other countries, ie to remove any leader that dare disobey their orders n replace them with a corrupt puppet who can be easily bribed to sign very favourable deals that provide huge benefits to US corporations n their mining companies to extract their rich natural resources at very favourable terms. This is also one of the main reason for their endless wars of aggression around the world whether it's a direct military invasion or through proxy n hybrid wars which are cleverly disguise by their media as defending freedom n democracy. Despite living in an age of information, the majority of their ignorant public easily buy into this garbage narrative as they lack the ability to evaluate the validity of what they r being told by their corrupt leaders fake news propaganda
