Yes we passed massive legislation like the Infrastructure bill but we have dumb Americans (clearly) they expect to see new utility poles and substations and roads spring up in weeks or months. Every single project thats either breaking ground or going to the places making the parts for the upcoming project need to be shown to the public, and the representatives need to go there and point to this pule of poles or these steel girders, or these turbine housings, or these new carriages are part of the investment. Tedious stuff but good communicators and posting updates in a seminregular basis would help.
