  1. I would say that they only alter the weather to do harm to us. If your weather is already doing harm, then they won't want to change it by cloud seeding, even if they claim they do it.

  2. In the UK in the last few days in my area, I have had rain one half an hour and sunny the next and this keeps swapping every 30 mins. It's stopped today, but I swear cloud seeding caused this. Especially since you can see contrails all over the sky at different contradictory angles.
