  1. Hey how long have you been training? I built a home gym a year ago. I've made some mistakes where I have not made much progress (and injury), but I have finally found out what I have been doing wrong and this month in the Bench Press I started at 50KG for 6 rep and 4 sets to 56KG for 6 reps and 4 sets. I know it's bad compared to lifters like yourself, but just making solid progress is far better to the stagnation I was getting for months before. Do you have any tips or warnings about the discipline?
