Look at the Wilson Andrew name, where there is three transaction together on Sep 04. - Wilson sells 20'000 shares and makes $2,262,625. - then buys 20,000 shares again for just $525,000. if Option Exercise does mean buy, then they could just be buying and selling for a quick profit. But I doubt it does, since stock amounts don't change that much that fast in a single day. Option Exercise must mean something else.
