@Lumindeas There's nothing wrong with apartments if the tenants are responsible and are using renting as a stepping stone to buy further in the area. Not wanting multi-family housing near you is the same NIMBY bs that's hurting California. It also keeps housing prices low, because single people can live where they want when they can't necessarily afford a house or have a family. The lack of affordable housing hurts younger people who are just starting out.
