I went to a restaurant a month ago and the waitress was taking me and my mom's drink order, my mom orders but then before I can say anything, the waitress asks if a car outside is ours and we say no and she leaves the table without taking my damn order, so when she brings us both the same thing, iced water with lemon (which I don't ever ask for and I don't like iced water either), I call her out and she tries to argue with me! I told her she was so concerned about that car that she didn't take my drink order and she tries to brush it off like she was just bringing us complimentary water, when I say I don't take my water like that anyway (I was trying to order a soda). I had no choice but to drop it to not make a scene, and when I had decided she was getting a smaller tip for that, she gets replaced with another waitress. I hate that I have to tip for basic service at a sit down restaurant, maybe we should implement the server robots like Japan.
