  5. Humans are omnivores though, we evolved to eat plants along with the meat. Do we do better eating exclusively meat when there is no vegetation? Yes, but in areas with edible vegetation, humans ate both.

  6.  @leandersearle5094  Modern day pork should not be riddled with parasites and even then, cooking it to a specific temperature kills them. Nothing wrong with shellfish as long as it's fresh and from clean waters.
