@bouncer2548 lmao he was ODing on fentanyl, he was experiencing excited delirium, watch the whole video, he was saying he couldn't breathe BEFORE he was in the police car. The official autopsy says there was nothing in the neck that indicated trauma and it says how high he dose of fentanyl now.
