  3. You can still use unpaid time off and paid time off and leave early or miss a day. They just don't let you use vacation then.

  4.  @rha600  Seriously. Nurses don't get breaks if there's an emergency. Even doing mandatory overtime at Amazon, you're still guaranteed your 15 minute breaks every 2 hours and a 30 minute unpaid lunch.

Companies don't want to pay workers anymore because their profits will fall and the shareholders will get mad. Inflation isn't helping. It's also illegal to punish workers for going to bathroom and drinking water, you go to OSHA for that stuff.
