@Kanye2028 Doubtful.

@Moose92411 Did you even pay attention to the TikTok? If they're the in the drawer, they are out of mind because they are not being looked at. And you're not a doctor, you can't say it's a malnutrition over ADHD.

So socializing tires you out now? Because that's what an introvert is, someone who needs to recharge after being around people, an extrovert gets energy from being around people. You're not an anti-social introvert, you have social anxiety, entirely different things.

When I was a teenager, I would do homework with the TV on, but I would only put it on reruns, since I already knew what happened and it helped (I used to be able to read with the TV on too lol).

I forget people exist much like how I forget about the vegetables in my fridge if I put them in the crisper drawer. I get the intention behind wanting to use the term object permanence because there is no better way to say "out of sight, out of mind."

I was such a procrastinator, like, until a due date was looming, I always felt weird about starting things early so I never did, no matter how many times I said I wasn't going to do it this time.

@iche9373 Having to rely on a drug to keep you from eating will do nothing if you don't learn how to deal with the issue on your own.

I'm not surprised, we have had pretty girls with no interest in nerdy things pretending to and cosplaying just for attention from male nerds because the girls think those guys are easy targets for money or whatever.

Well, the only punishment for not completing things in time is usually a zero for your grade or a lower grade if turned in late, contributing to an F. Schools don't typically give detention for not completing assignments.

That video you mentioned, the guy filming the woman threatened to steal her dog. She never cried rape, but that man thought he had the authority to enforce the rule and, to reiterate, was threatening to kidnap her dog. His actions were inexcusable and if he cared so much about the dog not being on a leash, he should have found a park cop.

By being anxious about being bullied you are opening yourself up to it, bullies can sense this fear and will target you. You need to learn to stop giving off victim vibes.

I was never conditioned to be agreeable, I have people pleasing tendencies and don't like when people don't like me unless I don't like them.

I believe you are confusing extroverted and introverted, because I am introverted and myvreport cards always said I was a pleasure to have in class. You might be thinking that rambunctiousness is the same as extrovertedness and it's not, they refer to whether you are outgoing or not and how people affect your energy levels.

@ErebosGR No it's not, it didn't register in their memories because it immediately left the short term memory once the experience was over. It's a short term memory issue where the brain did not register it as important and thus just forgot about it instead of moving it into long term memory. I know this because I've learned a bunch of interesting facts through my time on YouTube but I can't remember them at all, and I was paying attention, it's like it all evaporated from my short term memory.

I suspect I have ADHD, I've been avoiding going to the doctor because I keep forgetting to make an appointment and then just don't bother when I remember. But I did really well until high school, I tested into G.A.T.E. in middle school (also had the test in elementary but being tired from a long trip made me fail it), then I got depression and just stopped caring plus I didn't know how to ask for help in school because I never needed it before. Now I feel like mentally I was a late bloomer and feel I am further behind than where I should be in life. I don't have kids, I don't want them, but babysitting for my niece and nephew, I couldn't think, my mind went on auto-pilot, it made it hard to stay on top of things, plus I have hard time controlling my anger.

@Jebbis Groups of people aren't hiveminds, we will have both individualist and group tendencies. I have plenty of free time as well, I don't spend it well, but I do have it.
2
@Jebbis Yes, and who created the system? People, systems don't just spawn from nowhere.

@Dimitris_Half That doesn't help with making friends if you only see someone once.

@totlyepic Then why do you hate small business owners? And they've tried multiple times, but the USSR, North Korea, China, Cambodia, and Venezuela have proved that it doesn't work. And f4ascism is a form of socialism and communism.

@Ran_Do I will not shut up because journaling is more commonly used. If it's wrong, I don't want to be right!

@saturationstation1446 Wtf, that's dangerous af. It could lead to an injury or falling and hitting your head. Plus some people get energized from working out.
1
@eli_sonora They said for themselves, not in general. Obviously looking at screens doesn't hinder their ability to fall asleep.

lol at the people replying who don't get it and think being anxious about rejection is the same as being nervous.
1
Hell, if you keep putting your keys on the counter, might as well put a tray or something in that spot just for them.

@a proverbial lemon Corporations can own guns? And can plead the Fifth? lolok

He does say that CBT for ADHD works though. It teaches you the skills you were never able to pick up on your own to help manage ADHD, since medication can't do that part for you.
1
This isn't universal though. I never did anything like that to feel loved or wanted, sooo...

@qweasd9153 I feel that way about anyone not trying to improve their lot in life regardless of their looks. Looks can only get you do far and when you have a rotten personality, you're not going to have many relationships unless you're being used as arm candy.
1
Ha! I hit my wall in high school because of depression and as an adult I feel like I might actually have ADHD, but as a girl in the 90s, they were never going to recognize it in me. Still struggling with my mom asking me when I'm going to do better! 🙃

He has suggested CBT and meditation, which don't require medication at all.
