  1. If you care about housing, we should really take a look into how Japan does it. They allow apartments and houses and shops to all be in the same neighborhood, it keeps everything within walking distance and doesn't crowd out people. I believe Life Where I'm From did a good video on this (he's a Canadian who lives in Japan).
