In order to do drag, you must dress as the opposite sex, that woman is not and cannot be a drag queen because she is a woman, she can be a drag king, but otherwise, she is dressing as what she is, a clown. The man claiming to be trans and bi looks like a bigger Buffalo Bill, he even has the crazy part down.
