  17. This topic is so frustrating to me because the pro-gun side seems blind to the situations of other countries. Here in the Netherlands gun violence is so rare that any shooting makes it onto the national news. Yet in the US, there's already been over 154 mass shootings this year alone. How is that not definitive evidence that banning guns does work to strongly reduce the amount of gun violence?
