  26. The US education system isn't bad because kids are taught that LGBTQ+ people exist, that's far from a US-exclusive thing. The US education system is bad because it's underfunded at every turn by conservatives who want to get rid of public education altogether so they can replace it with profitable and conservative-leaning private education. It's also the reason why conservatives have launched this moral panic about LGBTQ+ teachers and whatnot.
