  2.  @noahpalmer6653  I'm not gonna get into allegations here because we already have plenty of examples of statues of people who demonstrably did horrible things. If someone owned human beings as property or fought for the Confederacy, wouldn't their statues be more appropriate in a museum where they can be seen in the appropriate context, rather than on display in public places where they're essentially glorified?
