A fetus isn't a person as it is not an independent individual, but an incomplete body with little to no brain activity and no ability to survive on its own. As for affirmative action, I agree that it's wrong to give people jobs solely based on their skin color or ethnicity. That's why affirmative action exists, to correct the bias present in the selection processes of employment and higher education.
