@samu4529 Wow you sound like kind of a big whiney baby

Weird how the "silent majority" lost the popular vote for the last four elections

Trump is an ignorant narcissist who blatantly and openly opposes democracy.

@crate249 "The Spanish Flu" didn't originate in Spain, it's not exactly comparable. Meanwhile, there's been a demonstrable increase in discrimination against Chinese people since Covid-19. And calling it the "Chinese virus" certainly doesn't help in that regard.
2
@crate249 Well what actual reason is there to stubbornly refer to it as "the Chinese Virus" despite it widely being known as Covid-19, or just the Coronavirus?
2
@crate249 So it is about blaming a nationality of people for the virus?
2
@stevedog9409 Thing is, it already has a name. Insisting on calling it "the China Virus" is meaningless and only causes prejudice against Chinese people.
2
"The left hates Trump more than they love Biden." Yes.

Candace Owens is a grifter.

"We can't be racist we elected a black guy" is "I can't be racist I have black friends" on a national scale
2
@TrippEvans We don't name viruses after where they originate from though. Because, as Lyrical pointed out, that tends to cause discrimination.

@albertcastro3500 What's wrong with defending the idea of public ownership of the means of production? You don't think workers should own what they produce? It's pretty rich that you're reprimanding Cille for supposedly not studying history when you clearly have a very inaccurate and shallow understanding of what socialism means.
2
@albertcastro3500 Communism isn't about people making the exact same amount of money.
2
@albertcastro3500 I think you're the one who doesn't know, Al.
2
@albertcastro3500 I mean, wealth would largely be equalized when the means of production are communally owned and people are given wealth based on their needs. But it wouldn't be like "literally every person gets exactly $1500". I'm aware that there's people who, as you say, want more out of life. But isn't that something we should start worrying about once everyone has enough in life?

Trump fanatics are a lost cause at this point.

You realize that liberals aren't leftists, right?
1
@Elsi-Music Liberalism is a center right ideology. It's more progressive than conservatism but in the end it still favors capitalism. The only reason it's seen as "the left" in the US because the Overton Window is so far to the right. Far-right conservatism is normalized in the US.

Why???

Pathetic.

Moron.

Being rude to Trump supporters is a civic duty
1
@crate249 The Spanish flu was named that because the media was forced to underrepresent the amount of cases in the US, UK, Germany, and France, in order to keep morale up during the first World War. They were free to report on the situation in Spain, which gave rise to a false notion that it was especially prevalent there, or even originated there. Which it appears you've bought into as well. There's usually political reasons for insisting that a disease be named after a location. Reasons I strongly disagree with.

Lmao

Why?

I have morals, that's why I'm not a conservative.

You don't have to be a liberal to hate Trump and his cultists.
1
@dhisufiroafrozenseraphimdragon Depends on what you mean by loving your president and country.
1
@dhisufiroafrozenseraphimdragon By loving your country, do you mean the people? The state? The culture? And yeah, I guess I should've figured it came down to the irrational compulsion to preserve fetuses that some people seem to have.

Funny how people love to say the Titanic was a disaster when there were plenty of people who survived?

He lost, buddy

@jamescarballo633 Weird how that cheating hasn't been able to be demonstrated in court.

Bernie's not that far left. Only by American standards, because the Overton Window (the range of political positions considered non-extreme) is extremely to the right in the US. The democratic party as a whole is pretty much center-right.
