Fr:NYC area...I was thinking about that...ppL in the Catskills (NY) boondocks, have BIG "land" & a "heated barn" & " heated garage" & if U pass there, there's a HUGE mailbox etc. so there MUST be a house? .... BUT taxes will STILL be cheap because it's STILL an empty parcel of "land" & "some structures"...lol... We're done paying out in the tri state area of NYC, we plan on fixing renovating selling our properties etc. years B4 retirement, I am getting a headache just thinking what will a Biden economy will bring, THE OTHER DAY we get "a letter" from our other property management, that some legislature wanted to tax the "part timers" a PIED-A-TERRE residences in NY an....EXTRA 10% TO 15%... wat da puk !! (over $300,000 everything is over that amount!) I mean they R still debating it...We signed a letter so we can call our councilman to tell them to fight it... TIME 2 GET OUTTA NY & the NORTHEAST completely !!!...we R done...
