  2. PHILs citizens can apply for Spain citizenship after 2 or 3 years residency in Spain...an old law... & they have Universal healthcare in Spain...NOT the USA...

  4.  @דןאלי  yes, PHILs citizens can also apply for DUEL Spain citizenship AFTER 2 or 3 years FT in Spain... (by commonwealth Laws)... = EU passport, national healthcare in Spain, etc...
