In Manhattan, NYC...multi millionaires live on boats as their" RESIDENCE" pay NO REALESTATE TAX...like a 10 year wait for certain boat parking etc.. etc.. their X's can't sue them for future $ ....coz they R "NOT working...lol....they make their ex wife work...lol...no town tax...no county tax...no federal LAND/HOUSING TAXES...LOL...somebody in Staten Island, NYC pays $250 per year on a boat parking on the water...it's a house boat !...There R plenty of ppL that BUY HUGE FOREST LAND...& put a mailbox & have a HEATED GARAGE...LOL...yeah right! U can't even see the "garage. .garages...Barn unheated...lol..sets...of them... by Cooperstown , NY... or the Catskills, NY.....move to PHILs...check out Sunshine Shoulders utube videos...there's a bunch of motorcycle from Norway that live on a small island & sell cable tv or something & make real good $ from their country
