  4. Who wants to stay here in the USA??? We have tons of NYkers fleeing NY city! NYC is losing lots of ppL LEAVING the city. ALL OVER THE US, ppL fleeing elsewhere AWAY from the cities! We R on the internet trying to find out what country to split to! There R NO MOVING COMPANIES AVAILABLE TO EVEN FLEE!! There is a TWO MONTH BACK-UP!! There aren't any UHAULS (TRUCKS) to even RENT! There R EMPTY NYC APT'S!!! In several buildings there " might be" like 3 ppL in like 3 floors!!...UNREAL!! We R gonna get TAXED BY THE incoming marxists, commies,socialists! I HOPE TRUMP WINS soon!

  12.  @Frankmaui67  U R the lucky ones, but U foresaw what to do,(& U CLEARLY diversified... MUCH MORE so than others have, here in the US). It is sooo sad on 5th avenue/ all shopping districts in NYC, deserted, the china towns abandoned. Take-outs don't cut it = 25% of the $ & with winter setting in...plummeting revenues for those "take out-type businesses. I cannot see high end expensive or "nice sit down dinning experience anytime soon. Young ppL with limited prospects..(scary). Big venues, corporate meetings kaput! Wedding Halls R done! Comm'L RE is Kaput...4 lease/4 sale signs EVERYWHERE (esp. for Comm'L RE)...Reset soon? I hope...(our household anticipated this X FACTOR, & we also "prepared(?)"hmm... for this years ago)Scary walking, NO more "side walk" walks, no walking at nightfall in NYC, (forget about it)... yup, done, great info... I want to see what others R doing in these channels.

  14. Tim Means, U have a US consul there I am sure U can apply as a tourist medical visa to start EXPAND... U have local consul, U R an American, maybe U have military relatives in the past. etc. go dig it up... get a lawyer for an exception/ qualifier NOTE etc.

I wanna walk on the grass with my bare feet (grass & property that I paid for) ridiculous I can't even "walk on my grass"...hmmm...such a short season here. We R going to fix 3 places (no joke anymore), (still doing leaves in about 30 minutes), Thanksgiving Day took out some of my time. Tomorrow it will dive (temps will plummet) here in the megalopolis NYC area.

Bx just now, awful lookin' like the early 1990's, 1980's, hopefully not yet (while I'm here...like the 1970's)...awful looking vagrants, awful lookin' homeless creeps, dope fiends scratchin' themselves all over, disgusting lookin' drug dealers at the entrance of bodegas, flowers, candles, stuffed toys... with pictures & graffiti picture of the dead youth on the wall, pee & poop (NOT doggie kind), I park near & next to the bodegas, ppL starring at me when I go in "WATCHING MY BOTH HANDS" I do NOT...repeat...I do NOT EVER PUT MY HAND INSIDE MY COAT POCKET, bag whatever....yup... I ALWAYS SHOW MY HANDS...yup...& MOST OF ALL ...I NEVER NEVER NEVER LOOK AT ANYBODY OR STARE AT ANYBODY in the street corner...

  20.  @eduardochavacano  1 way out is to apply (with your bachelor's degree) at the local UN & be a UN passenger driver for the consul etc.& then apply for transfer to ANY of the western countries OR DIRECTLY apply for a job at the UN in NYC. There are also various embassies that need drivers...(as a start, for young ppL), benefits R awesome!

  28.  @margietucker1719  Hi Fr: overtaxed NYC metro area, just literally over the W/end a co-op board president just flew the (chicken) coop in BEST area of Bk'L'yn (by VZ bridge nearest Staten Island)her place is under contract for $280 (under $300K) so as NOT to pay future 10% to 15% + new tax surcharge being introduced in NY state (for properties over $300K)...UNREAL !!! just found that hours ago!..so the news person told me," hey why is everybody fleeing?", I'm like..."no not true "this is the best building & best place"...( then I had a LUMP IN MY THROAT!)
