Great advice...simply brilliant, how would 90% of people in the world live without such advice. There is a saying - “the well-fed does not understand the hungry.” A secret for the Tates, who don’t read books, but rather get their education from comics: The world does not consist of millionaires, and renting housing with an ever-increasing price = pay for someone else's mortgage. I understand that the Tates retired at 30. But most will not be able to pay rent when there is no work at 60. Duh.
