@Garybell09 It's like saying don't buy a Rolls-Royce on credit. Or eat more sea urchins and lobsters instead of McDonalds. Great advice...simply brilliant, how would 90% of people in the world live without such advice. There is a saying - “the well-fed does not understand the hungry.” A secret for the Tates, who don’t read books, but rather get their education from comics: The world does not consist of millionaires, and renting housing with an ever-increasing price = pay for someone else's mortgage. I understand that the Tates retired at 30. But most will not be able to pay rent when there is no work at 60. Duh.

Especially when you lost your job and you have nothing at all, since all this time you were just paying rent. And please don’t talk about deposits, savings and other nonsense, we take the average Joe who works at an average job. And not about a talking head who travels around the world, taking money from even bigger fооls and renting luxury rooms and apartments. They feed you feces for your own money. Is it delicious?

@j.l.salayao8055 Renting will always be more expensive than paying utility bills and taxes. Because someone also has to pay utilities and taxes for a rented property. Duh. Unless you want to lower your standard of living every year by moving to a worse house or apartment each time. The advice itself is nonsense. Listening to the advice of someone who is throwing away money that suddenly fell on his head is nonsense. @Baileyyyyyyy416 Don't forget buying a property there and spending 700,000$ on it. For some reason, he did not rent this warehouse in Romania, but bought it. This storyteller infogypsy "businessman"... is certainly worth listening to....
