  1. Our parents used the threat of police if we were naughty. It worked . We were scared of them , and our teachers . back in the day , if they were really bad you could request a policemen come to your home to talk to your kids . It made us respect law and order . There’s no threat of consequences today of anything. People do want they want and the streets are lawless . I have to prepare and protect myself every time I go out of my front door . Jewellery, Bag ,keys , iPhone, credit cards , car . Etc etc and never after dark anymore . Good times over 😢 it’s just stress now . DOES ANYONE ELSE DO THE SAME ?
