They send all that money to the government,who share it between different towns . But they allow some of it to be creamed off by companies who invest it . THESE COMPANIES MAKING MONEY OFF OUR BACKS WHILE WE DONT GET OUR SERVICES. If they take you to court , you can offer to pay the minimum £5 if you are struggling, they have to accept this .
