sorry, but if Yates is telling the truth, she sounds a bit dim...she was SO nonplussed by Obama knowing something that she didn't, that her brain didn't seem to function after that. She can't remember who mentioned the Logan act, etc etc. She doesn't seem to know anything about the Logan Act at all...
