  1. Vit D3....take about 5,000 units a day (they come in 1,000 u pills) And a nice normal dose of NSAIDS (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen) Together they really reduce the effects of covid. Don't EVER get another booster....the reaction from the next shot would be MUCH worse than the last...it's not worth being "fully vaxxed" just to go into a restaurant if the darn thing is going to put you into a coma

  2. Kyle REALLY needs Prednisone. What he's going through is really hard on the body and it would help him a lot. Even short term Pred would be helpful. Herd immunity hasn't kicked in because the mRNA vaccines only relieve the worst signs....you can still GET covid, and SPREAD covid. So double vaxxed ppl are still spreading the disease. ps do not EVER get another vaccination!! When you've had a reaction like that, the next one will be MUCH worse!
