  1. no Canada's not....we're on lockdown, no eat in restaurants, limited ppl in shops if the shops are open. We've just stopped testing because no one thought to order any tests. ps Quebec is talking of taxing ppl thousands of dollars if they're not fully vaccinated. Medical conditions that prevent vax in some be damned.
