  2. sadly, there's almost always famine somewhere in Africa. It's almost always caused by war lords trying to starve out the opposition, and donated food often goes to the local warlord...not to the ppl who are starving. OR it rots in warehouses next to harbours...no trucker is willing to risk driving into war country.
