  1.  @sagarchari1  so sorry, the answer is going to be long. When i started college, one of the first experiments we did in Bacteriology was testing how long masks worked.....against bacteria (easier to culture, easier to see, hundreds of times larger than covid.) As soon as the masks became moist from ppl's breath, they were useless......and the longest anyone's mask lasted was 20 mins. Viruses, being MUCH smaller, would penetrate in a MUCH shorter period of time. The tests that are done today show that masks work because the person tested is given a new, fresh mask and tested IMMEDIATELY....no five min wait, never mind 20 mins. So they look as if they work well. THey don't.....i can't get through a grocery store run in 20 mins, (checkup lines) never mind 5 mins. BUT the remind ppl to social distance ...if you're lucky. So from THA point of view...they kind of work.... All the Best to you!

  2.  @sagarchari1  umm.....sadly, that's probably correct....BUT some Drs are saying that if you get your covid virus in small doses, it doesn't affect you very much, and the masks will cut SOME exposure. ps this is for regular surgical masks and the cloth ones you see on the streets....a LOT of covid carers are wearing N95 masks which are MUCH better! THey fog us your glasses like crazy though) Good luck!! ps a perfectly healthy Dr in New York died of covid...she was 28. The only explanation they could find is that while she was very careful to wear a mask all the time, some of the nurses said it seemed to be the same mask day after day....

  3. i loved the commentator's comment after the disastrous vaccine roll out in New York (they ended up throwing out 60% of their first batch of vaccines) He said "maybe instead of Cuomo writing a book praising himself, he should have been writing out a vaccine rollout plan"

  4. Glen Greenwald is one of the greatest journalists EVER....he eventually broke the Edward Snowden story..that's why the States are dumping him. Dems made a GREAT mistake not nominating Tulsi Gabbard....(just cuz Hillary doesn't like her for criticizing one of Hill's silly mistakes)

  12. sorry, Krystal, you can want ppl to "get a handle " on it all you want....this virus is easily spreadable and hard to kill. NO ONE is EVER going to "get a handle " on it. It's going to spread everywhere no matter what the Chinese or anyone else does to prevent it or HAD done in the past. There's no way the Chinese could have stopped it, short of murdering everyone who had signs of the disease, and burning the corpses....and since ppl are contagious for 5 days BEFORE they show signs, even that wouldn't have worked. There's no one to blame for this...it's a novel virus that unfortunately for us, works quite well. It's like saying the Africans should have been blamed for not stopping AIDS!

  24. the CDC did a study. They asked covid patients whether they had worn masks. 77% with Covid said they'd ALWAYS worn a mask....7% had almost always worn a mask. ONly 3.4% of the covid patients had NEVER worn a mask. It's not an insane Trump statement...it's a CDC study. Bad news! masks only last against viruses for about 5 mins. It was one of the first experiments we did in Uni. The tests look good today because the test subject gets a NEW mask and is tested right away...no waiting for 5 mins, never mind 20-30 mins like a grocery store trip

He left at 39 + minutes....they were pretty much done anyways and STORM is pushing it a LOT....he just got up and walked out, clearly unhappy. RUDY is involved because the F BI took the laptop in Dec '19, and the store owner waited for months for something to happen...he'd seen some of the emails, and apparently some are really salacious. When nothing happened, the store owner phoned his Congressman, and many local officials. NO ONE bothered to get back to him. About a month ago, he phoned RUDY's office. And they were the ONLY ONES to return his call. THAT's why "Trump's henchman" is involved....
