  1. wow! THOSE prosecutors and judges are USELESS! How does a dog get 3 or 4 bites at another dog/ ppl? That one woman is correct....pit bulls that have bitten ppl eventurally go for children. ONe day he'll take the face off a 3 yr old, and it will be the judge's and prosecutor's fault. The owner is just cheap....she doesn't want to pay for a good fence. Nope.... a dog that bites that much should be put down. He'll NEVER improve now.
