  1. there's also the "no bail" law....if you do anything less than butcher someone on the street, the courts let you go on your own recognizance. They've arrested a bank robber daily for 7 days.

  2. minneapolis did that...they DISBANDED the police. Then the council promptly voted private security for themselves and the mayor....at taxpayer's expense, of course!!
