  3. sorry, Jessica, but Mayorkas comes across in Congressional questioning as a befuddled old man whose staff doesn't bother to keep him in the loop. He NEVER knows the answer to any number questions....the answer is always "i don't know" and the Senator has to tell him the answer. He doesn't know any of the major stories in the newspapers....he just tries to talk for the Senators whole 5 mins.
