Mayorkas STILL comes across as a befuddled old man when he's before Congress....he can NEVER answer any number questions...he always says "i don't knwo, i'll have to get back to you" ....whose staff really doesn't keep him in the loop. In previous hearings, Mayorkas had found out about major stories when he was asked about them by Congress.
