  1. It'll be like Toronto in the 90's. The police commission there was VERY left and just HATED the police...they persecuted any officer they could. I visited about then, and said to a TO friend "your police are so young!!" (i was in my 30's at the time) Oh yes, they said. "Officers come here to get experience to add to their resumes. Then they go out to surrounding smaller towns and cities and get a job in lovely surroundings, law abiding grateful citizens, little crime, lower salaries but MUCH lower costs of living, and close enough to Toronto to come into the city for a ball game"
