  1. yes, i always thought it was a bit crazy when ppl conplained about Giuliani's "broken window" theory....it worked well. Since then many ACLU ppl and their supporters complained about so many villains being jailed because the crime rate was actually rather low. It never seemed to occur to them that maybe the crime rate was low BECAUSE the villains were in jail... All the best to you!!

  2. she's wrong....you can easily solve the problem. Just put the criminals in jail. For years.....other would be criminals would quickly get the message and not commit all the crimes they've being committing. Worked for many years....

  3. and Adams DID talk a good talk. I keep hoping that someone will pass a law fining a newly elected person for breaking their camopaign promises, but since they're the ones making the laws i'm not holding my breath. All the best to you!!
