  1. oh, Royal Bank of Canada is pretty bad. We had a TERRIBLE time with the Branch across the street because they're a posh branch, and the Garda company would pull up between 1 and 3 AM, and spend an hour in there having dinner. (The noisy truck had to be left running the whole time outside our place) I went over to complain one time, only to find a skinhead young guard on their computer, reprogramming it. I'd hesitate to bank at a place that allows anyone to go into their computer and reprogram it.
