  1. years agi i visited a friend in Toronto ONt Canada. After awhile i said "your police are so young!" My friend answered "oh it's because the police commission hates police. (they really did...for yrs) So the cops graduate, work in Toronto for a few yrs for experience and then they quit and get jobs in small towns and cities in the area. Lovely surroundings, friendly ppl, low crime rates, lower salary but MUCH lower cost of living.....and they can drive into Toronto for a baseball game or the theatre.. That's why the police here are so young."

  2. oh no....if you're in fear of your life, you're not worried about getting sued. The kid was probably out before the paperwork was done.
